Greek restaurant opens in empty Briargate location in Colorado

My Big Fat Greek Restaurant is opening in the long-empty Macaroni Grill location on North Academy.

THE Skoda name has gone from strength to strength over recent years and the introduction of the awardwinning Yeti is another feather in the company's cap.The concept is quality Greek food - both authentic and fusion. He said he and his partner decided to open here because they liked the area and wanted to live here.My Big Fat Greek Restaurant got its start in Arizona, where there are 13 stores. All in all, the Skoda Yeti would appear to be the perfect all-rounder for the active family who likes to travel in style. And there are few limitations on luggage either as the fairly large-sized boot can be expanded further thanks to split-folding rear seats. The four-door Yeti looks great with its 17in alloys, roof rails, tinted windows, smart light clusters and a front grille that seems to be permanently grinning. With its high sides and large windows, plenty of light floods into the cabin and all occupants are treated to ample leg, head and elbow space."When it fell through, we jumped on it," DePoy said of the old Macaroni Grill building. "It's perfect for our demographic. It's a high-traffic, affluent area that's perfect for our concept."Despite a ride which some may view as a little on the firm side, the Colt handled agreeably, feeling light on its feet, nicely agile and genuinely grippy.

In addition to a festive decor, wait staff sing "opa," do Greek line dances through the restaurant and break plates, DePoy said. Appetizer prices range from $5 to $16 and entree prices range from $8 to $19.
